Orphan First Kill tells the story of a girl named Esther who escapes from a psychiatric facility in Estonia. He went to America disguised as the son of a rich family who had disappeared. A terrible thing happened and Esther turned into a terrible figure.

Isabelle Fuhrman played Esther when she was 12 years old in 2009. She returned to play Orphan: First Kill when Isabelle was 25.
